AJ's Enterprises Int'l Ltd., proprietor of Cape Rocker, guarantees
100% satisfaction and quality in all of its products.
In order to continue our high level off customer satisfaction, we
have implemented a return policy.
You may return most any items sold by provided AJ's Enterprises
Int'l Ltd., within 5 days of delivery for a full refund if in perfect
condition in original container.
We will also pay the return shipping cost only if the return is
a result of our error - if it is your fault there is a 30% restock
charge and shipping on all returns. Please note that we are unable
to exchange items (unless you received it damaged, defective or
incorrect item.) If items are damaged in shipment - ALL
packages insured contact the shipper immediately.
IN THE EVENT THE FURNITURE DOES NOT FIT INTO THE ROOM OR INTO THE
HOUSE, THE DELIVERY SERVICE WILL NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE WITHOUT
AN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CAPE ROCKER DIVISION OF AJS.ENTERPRISES
INT'L LTD. IN THIS CASE THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT
COST BOTH WAYS AND A 30% RESTOCKING FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds:
Refunds for canceled or returned orders can only be credited
back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. In the event
that the original credit card is no longer valid, we will mail a
check to the billing address from the original order. Please note
it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit
card statement.
We cannot accept returns of any items including:
» Any
Special Order Products.
» Any item that is returned more than
10 days after delivery.
» Any item that is not in its original
condition, original container, damaged or is missing
parts.
» Any item with torn or stained fabric.
» Any customized chairs are NON-REFUNDABLE
- NO EXCEPTIONS!
» Returning a gift? If the item you're
returning was a gift and was not designated as a gift when purchased
or if it was not shipped directly to you by AJ's Enterprises Int'l
Ltd., the refund will be issued to the gift giver directly.
Transit Time:
On average, most large items take 2 to 5 days in transit from
the time it ships, not from the time its ordered. Most deliveries
are made Monday thru Saturday. We cannot give out exact delivery
dates, we only can tell you when and where your order has been shipped.
The delivery service will contact you to give you your exact delivery
date and time.
Please note that orders that are refused for no reason without prior
notice or canceled after the product is in transit, the customer
will incurr both freight charges to the customers home and the return
freight charges back to the warehouse.
Canceling Orders:
If you must cancel your order you can do so within 24 hours
of purchase without penalty, and orders canceled after that will
incur a 15% cancellation fee. Once the order ships it cannot be
canceled, but it can be returned. (see return policy above)
